Today, we are proud and honored to launch the official website of the Qatar Air Sports Committee, which was established in 2010. At the Qatar Air Sports Committee, we work diligently and with dedication to spread and develop air sports, in order to form Qatari teams capable of competing regionally and internationally, to achieve accomplishments we can be proud of, and to organize championships through our qualified staff in the service of the nation, in accordance with the highest global quality standards. We also strive to enhance the spirit of teamwork, belonging, discipline, and commitment in our local and international participations to represent the nation in the best possible way.

The website serves as a gateway and a window through which we reach out to the world, introducing our role, our position, and the progress and achievements we have made. It comes as part of a series of steps and future agendas to push forward the path of development and advancement of Qatari air sports to join the ranks of pioneering countries. The Committee aims to provide a suitable environment through qualifying national human resources, discovering talents, and supporting them by participating in training camps and local and international championships.

Thanks to God, air sports have witnessed tremendous progress, achieving many remarkable accomplishments, outstanding victories, and record-breaking feats registered in the Guinness World Records, on all levels regionally and internationally.

It is my pleasure, on behalf of myself, the Qatar Air Sports Committee family, and the Supreme Organizing Committee of the World Military Parachuting Championship (CISM 2025), to welcome all the guests of the World Championship on the land of Qatar, the land of goodness and peace. I wish everyone a pleasant stay and joyful times during the CISM Championship, with the presence and participation of this large and distinguished number of international champions who have amazed the world with their outstanding achievements, alongside the presence of senior CISM leaders involved in this historic event. This event will be recorded for this generous country, passed on to generations, and immortalized in the memory of Qatari and international sports.

All of this comes thanks to the noble guidance and unlimited support of His Highness the Amir of the State / Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, and His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani. This championship will stand as a symbol of excellence, quality, and creativity, with all necessary factors and requirements provided to ensure its success, in order to showcase the civilized and bright image of our beloved State of Qatar.

I extend my deep thanks and gratitude to all the contributors and supporters of the World Military Parachuting Championship (CISM 2025), wishing the champions of Qatar and all participants in the championship success in delivering the best performances and outstanding technical levels, and in presenting the championship in an honorable way befitting Qatari and international air sports.
